There are a number of youth hostels in Vienna, see below for some recommendations, but they will be filling up very quickly now so BOOK SOON!!

Very affordable, 20-25€/night. Still some beds in smaller dorms available, only a short walk from Westbahnhof (tube U6 and U3) - PERFECT for VFM!

*Wombats Naschmarkt also seems to be nice and still has lots of beds available! It's a bit more expensive (20-30€/night, depending on date and size of room), but its location (very central, close to the famous "Naschmarkt" market) is great. http://bit.ly/wombat_naschmarkt

In a quiet, green quarter in the very west of Vienna. Close to underground U4, but at night you might prefer to share a taxi. 23€ / night.

As with last year, we suggest you can offer a contribution of €5/night to your hosts, to help cover the extra heating, hot water, cooking costs. That’s something you can negotiate together!
